From Your Phone
The Crimxen PBX allows you to manage several voicemail greetings and select one as your primary greeting. To manage your greetings log into you voicemail box from your phone (see this how to for instructions )
Press 5 for advanced options and choose the following:
| 1 | To record a greeting. Then choose the greeting number you wish to record. |
| 2 | Choose a greeting number as your primary greeting |
| 3 | Record your name. This can take the place of your greeting and will also play in the directory |
From the Web Gui
Log into the web gui and from the taskbar menu select Apps, then Voicemail. Once in the voicemail section select "Greetings"
From here you can select the active voicemail greeting or upload a voicemail greeting from a wav file.
